Instructions
Add all ingredients except club soda into cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30-60 seconds. Add 3-4 ice cubes into cocktail shaker and shake again until cubes have fully dissolved. Strain into glass without ice, allow to set in cooler for 5 minutes. Use a straw to poke a hole in the center of the cocktail. Slowly pour club soda in the hole until the head lifts above the glass rim. Garnish.
