Candied ginger or lemon
Ingredients
- .75 oz Honey-ginger syrup
- .75 oz Lemon juice
- 2 oz Blended scotch
- .25 oz Islay single malt scotch (float)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except Islay single malt scotch into cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glass over ice and float Islay single malt scotch on top. Garnish.
