Olive Oil Lemon Drop Sour

Ingredients

• 0.5 oz Honey syrup
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 0.5 oz Limoncello
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 1 barspoon Olive oil
• 1 Egg white

Instructions

Add honey syrup, lemon juice, limoncello, vodka, olive oil, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake, add ice, and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with basil.
