Irish Coffee

Ingredients

• .5 oz Sugar syrup (brown or demerara preferred)
• 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
• 4 oz Hot coffee
• 1 oz Heavy cream

Instructions

Pre-heat mug by adding hot water to mug and allow to sit for roughly 20 seconds. Add heavy cream to cocktail shaker and dry shake until cream is thickened. Discard water. Add ingredients into mug and stir to combine. Top with cream and garnish.
