Fizz

Ingredients

• .5 oz Egg white (optional)
• .75 oz Simple syrup
• .75 oz Lemon juice
• 2 oz Spirit of choice (gin most common)
• 1-2 oz Club soda

Instructions

Add all ingredients except club soda into cocktail shaker with ice and shake (dry shake first if using egg white). Strain into glass without ice and top with club soda. Garnish.
